• Wine Tasting with Cheese Pairing 
• Limoncello Cocktails 
• Caesar Salad - make your own caesar dressing, seasoned croutons, shaved parmesan 
• Pasta with vodka cream sauce

We will begin the evening with a tasting of some Italian wines paired with fine cheese and snacks. 

Second, we will make our own limoncello in pretty take home bottles while making a fun cocktail with a limoncello pre prepared. 

Next, we will make our own Caesar dressing in mason jars with enough to take home for later, while our fresh croutons bake in the oven. Then top the salad with hand shaved parmesan. 

The main event: watch as our chefs sautéed up the perfect vodka cream pasta sauce from scratch. 

To finish the evening, we will make and shake expresso martinis and pour over vanilla gelato with a drizzle of ganache. A traditional Italian Affogato!
